I am thrilled to announce that all of my private reiki and yoga sessions, intimate group appointments, certifications, soul guidance, special events and mini retreats will now all take place at the absolutely stunning Elevation on the Post Road in downtown Fairfield. Located just upstairs from the beautiful crystal shop Element 50. This is a magical crystalline healing space and loving community that I am so excited to share with you. YOGA & MEDITATION
With over 10,000 hours teaching experience I offer a wealth of yogic knowledge and offer group and private yoga, meditation and breathwork classes. Each and every class is taught with intention, integrating yogic philosophy, spirituality, poses, breathwork and tools to calm and regulate the central nervous system (along with all of the other systems within the body, mind emotions and spirit)

One of my greatest passions is sharing private therapeutic reiki energy healing sessions and soul guided intuitive sessions.. As an empath and spiritual intuitive, reiki master teacher, mentor and channel, my goal is to empower my clients to awaken their own inner wisdom and magic. You are the healer, I am the mirror.

I host a wide variety community events and retreats designed to awaken your soul. I foster a supportive and inclusive spiritual community where individuals can connect, grow, and inspire each other on their journeys of self-discovery and enlightenment.
In light of this, I also offer trainings and certifications in reiki and other healing modalities.
